Вимоги до оранізації та проведення фізкультхвилинок

1. Фізкультхвилинки проводяться на початковому етапі втоми (8-14 – та хвилина уроку), залежно від віку учнів, складності матеріалу.

2.    Для молодших школярів доцільно робит фізкультпаузу між 15-20 – ю хвилинами уроку.

3.     Вправи мають бути цікавими та простими у виконанні.

4.    Тривалість проведення 2-3 хвилини.

5.    Під час проведення фізкультхвилинки учні можуть сидіти за партами або стояти біля них, або біля дошки, поодинці чи групами.

Фізкультхвилинки – ігри

Гра «Де говорять англійською?»

Stand up!

Якщо я покажу вам прапор країни, де говорять англійською мовою, вам треба плеснути в долоні двічі, а якщо я покажу прапор країни, де говорять українською, вам треба плеснути в долоні один раз. (По черзі показувати дітям прапори України, Великої Британії, США)

Гра «Коти й миші»

Діти поділяються на дві групи: котів і мишей. Ставляться стільці, щоб розділити кімнату на три секції: «дім  котів», «мишачу нору» і «вулицю».

Учитель говорить «Cats, go home!» - і команда котів  переходить у «дім»; учитель каже: «Mice, walk!»- і команда мишей виходить на «вулицю».

Потім командує: «Cats, come out and catch mice! Mice, run away!»  - і діти-коти вибігають з «дому» й ловлять мишей, які можуть сховатися в «мишачій норі».

Гра «Simon Says»

Учні виконують рухи тільки після слів учителя:  «Simon says…», наприклад :

T: Simon says, hands up!

Учні підводять руки.

T: Hands down!

Учні нічого не роблять.

T: Simon says, hands down!

Учні опускають руки.

T:  Simon says, hands on hips!

Учні кладуть руки на стегна.

T: Sit down!

Учні нічого не роблять.

T: Bend left! Bend right!

Учні нічого не роблять.

T: Simon says, hop!

Учні підстрибують.

Гра «Dance like a Bear»

Учні стають у коло. Учитель надягає яскравий кашкетик на голову одному з учнів (ведучому) – він буде демонструвати рухи. Учитель вмикає веселу мелодію й каже: «Dance like a bear/ wolf/cat/fox/lion/ant, etc.».

Гра «У магазині»

На  столі  розкладені  малюнки  із  зображенням  фруктів, овочів  та  інших продуктів. Учні  по  черзі  стають  біля  столу  в  ролі  «продавця», решта – «покупці». Гра  відбувається  у  формі  діалогу:

·       Good morning!

·       Good morning!

·       Can I have / buy a plum?

·       Here you are!

·       Thank you.

·       You are welcome.

·       Good-bye!

Гра «Pass the ball round».

Учитель дає учням два м’ячі. За командою «Pass the ball round!» учні починають передавати  м’ячі  по  колу: один  праворуч  від себе, а другий ліворуч. Всі учні  промовляють  слова: «Pass the ball round!» Коли  м’ячі  зустрінуться, учні з м’ячами  виходять  на  середину кола, підкидають м’ячі вгору, промовляючи: «Up! Up! Up!». Після  цього  учні  стають  на  свої  місця, і  гра  повторюється.

Гра «Їстівне – неїстівне».

Учитель вибірково кидає м’яч учням, які стоять перед ним, і називає різні слова, як їстівні (слова до теми «Food»), так і неїстівні. Якщо  учень  ловить  м’яч, це  означає, що  він  згоден  з’їсти  те, що учитель йому пропонує. Якщо ні – це означає, що  він  відмовляється. Потім  роль  вчителя  може  виконувати  учень.

Гра «Make a figure».

Учні  роблять  коло  і  всі  разом  кажуть:

         Hop and run and play and crawl,

         These are movements

         We do all.                                                                                                           

         Make a figure we will try

         In the twinkling of an eye.

Наприкінці  римівки  вчитель  плескає  в  долоні, і  діти  розбігаються  по  всій кімнаті. Після цього сигналу всі гравці зупиняються на місці і набувають певної пози. Учитель  запитує, кого  зображає  учень, або  відгадує  сам. Гру  можна проводити  2-3  рази. Можна  обрати  ведучого, який  буде  визначати, яка  фігура  найкраща.

Гра «Хто швидше рахує?»

Група ділиться на дві команди. Команди встають у коло  і  починають  рахувати. Перший учень  кидає м’яч  і  каже: «One». Потім  другий  кидає  і  каже: «Two». Вони намагаються зробити це якнайшвидше. Якщо м’яч упав, лічба починається спочатку. Учитель може зупинити гру в будь-який момент. Та команда, яка дорахувала до більшого числа, отримає бал.

Гра «Збери портфель/сумку/ранець».

На столі розкладено шкільне приладдя. Учням пропонується як швидше скласти речі у портфель. При цьому вони повинні називати їх англійською.

Гра «Зіпсований телефон».

Гра проводиться по рядах, де у кожному не менше 5 гравців. Учитель або учень пошепки  говорить  першому  гравцеві  в  кожному  ряді  одну і ту саму фразу (з теми уроку). Перший повертає голову вліво і шепоче другому і т. ін. Говорячи інше слово, гравець повертає голову вправо.

Гра «Відчуття ліктя»

Учні стають у коло. Потім повертаються попарно обличчям один до одного. Це партнери. Коли  вчитель  або  учень  промовляє  фразу: «Elbow  to  elbow», учні мають доторкнутися ліктями один до одного. Далі подаються команди «head  to head», «nose  to  nose», «ear  to  ear», «hand  to  hand», «leg  to  leg», «knee  to knee», використовуючи  назви  різних  частин  тіла.

Гра «Упізнай слово»

Для цієї гри необхідна кольорова крейда. Учитель у довільному порядку пише на дошці вивчені слова. Учні читають їх вголос. Потім клас ділиться на дві команди. Кожна з команд отримує крейду різного кольору. Учитель  називає  слово, а  перший  учень  з  кожної команди біжить до дошки та обводить слово. Потім – другий, третій… Виграє команда, яка обведе більшу кількість слів.   

Гра «Boasting game»                                                                           

Учні змагаються у кількості рухів, які вони можуть назвати й продемонструвати. Кожний  по  черзі  показує  рух  і  називає  його  англійською, а  всі повторюють.

Виграє  той, хто  назве  найбільшу  кількість  дієслів.

·       I can jump (стрибає).

·       I can swim (імітує плавання).

·       I can run (біжить).

·       I can dance (танцює).

Гра «Крок – слово».

Ведучий  розкладає  на  столі  картки  зворотною  стороною  до  гори. На  них написано: animals, food, furniture, numbers, colours, school, house, transport, sport.

Один з учасників витягає картку і починає робити кроки, називаючи, наприклад тварин, якщо йому дісталася ця картка. Якщо  запас  слів  гравця  вичерпався, а хтось інший знає ще якісь слова, він може спробувати зробити більше кроків.  

Гра «Снігова куля».

Перший гравець вимовляє коротке речення, яке  складається  з  3-4 слів. Другий повинен  повторити  його  і  додати  до  нього  своє. Наступні  гравці  за  чергою  роблять те саме. Той, хто не може в пам’яті відновити усі речення, вибуває з гри.

Гра «Назви слова на букву».

Необхідно за чергою вставати та називати слова, які починаються на одну й ту саму букву. При цьому можна називати не лише іменники, але й дієслова, прикметники, інші частини мови. Виграє той, хто назве більше слів.

Гра «Guess who is that».

Один  учень  призначається  ведучим. Тримаючи  одну  руку  за  спиною долонею  вгору, він  стає  спиною  до  інших  гравців, які  стоять  півколом  біля нього. Гравці  вимовляють:

        We are very funny guys,

         Turn away and close your eyes!

         We will pat you on the back.

         Say “one, two, three” and guys who’s that.

Один з гравців непомітно підходить до ведучого, торкається  його  руки  та  відходить на своє місце. Як  тільки  ведучий  відчуває  чиєсь торкання, він починає  вголос  рахувати “one, two, three”, потім  повертається  обличчям  до  гравців та  намагається  відгадати, хто  до  нього  підходив. Усі  гравці  переступають  з ноги на ногу. Якщо ведучий відгадує, він міняється місцями з тим гравцем, котрий до нього підходив. Якщо ні, то гра продовжується з тим же самим ведучим.

Гра ”One or many?”

Учитель називає іменники (назви тварин) у множині чи однині. Учні плескають у долоні, коли чують іменник у множині.

T:  – Let’s play another game. Listen the names of animals. Clag your hands if it’s not one animal but many.

Гра ``Clap/ stamp``.

Clap your hands f you hear healthy food, stamp your feet, when unhealthy:

Apples, sandwiches, bananas, meat, milk, cheese, cola, water, potatoes, lemons, oranges, cabbage, sweets, chocolate, cake, potato-fry, fish, porridge, cookies, carrots.

T: I will name musical instruments and you should act them, show without saying anything. Then I`ll show a picture of the word and you check it out.

"Tall" and "small" may be replaced with "young" and "old," "hot" and "cold,"  "pretty" and "ugly," "noisy" and  "quiet," etc.
